TERMS OF SERVICE
by commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my terms of service. failure to comply with my boundaries will result in a block/blacklisting.
ART / COMMISSION TOS
i will not begin work on a commission until full payment is received. currently i only accept payment thru cashapp or paypal invoice.
to commission me, you must be 16 years of age or older. this is due to personal boundaries as an adult and suggestive content my art may contain. NSFW (including artistic nudity) can only be commissioned by those 18+. i may ask for ID at any time.
once payment has been received i do not offer refunds. if for any reason i cannot complete your commission i will offer a partial refund if worked on or a full refund if unstarted.
i do NOT offer artwork or designs to pedophiles, zoophiles, homophobic transphobic etc. under ANY circumstances.
i reserve the right to refuse any commission work for any reason.
your character MUST have a set design and digital reference without shading that allows me to select their colors with ease. this does not include customs. i do not work off of 3D models, roblox avatars, etc.
i do not work off of deadlines unless set by myself, so i unfortunately cannot give exact turnaround times. i may at times accept rush fees -- feel free to ask!
you may NOT edit my artwork without my explicit permission. this goes for all artwork including commissions, gifts, trades, etc. please let me know if your commission requires fixing in a week or less as i delete files after a while to help with storage. otherwise, just ask me for permission to edit the artwork yourself!
reposting of my artwork is allowed ONLY if the piece belongs to you and i am given proper credit. you do not have to ask to use my art (that belongs to you) as a profile picture or banner but i require credit. my art may not be used for commercial use unless it is personal to you and i've given permission.
i reserve the right to reuse scrapped sketches/concepts of commissions, customs, and to post commissions i've made unless asked not to do so publicly by the commissioner prior to completing the piece.
DESIGN / CUSTOM TOS
you may NOT sell my designs for more than their original worth under any circumstances unless they have additional artwork, upselling will not be tolerated.
taking LIMITED inspiration from my adopts is okay and i don't mind some color picking. however usng the exact same color palette, markings, etc. to where my design has been copied will not be tolerated. if ever unsure, just ask me!
i do not allow selling of customs/designs that were a gift or trade (without additional artwork) as they hold no value.
if you chargeback the payment of a custom-design i reserve the right to that character and the ability to resell it.
if you wish to edit your design ON ITS ORIGINAL ARTWORK FROM ME please ask me to do so or for permission to do it yourself. if the design has been altered i still require credit for the original design.
i do NOT offer artwork or designs to those who are zoophiles, pedophiles, homophobic, transphobic etc. if i find out you are any of these things i reserve the right to reclaim my design and a refund will not be issued.All of my designs have Toyhouse pages. i require that their pages remain UP, they can be private but their pages cannot be deleted or remade. i highly prefer to be authorized so i can keep an eye on my designs, i love to see where they end up!My designs may be co-owned with others, but I require that they only have ONE toyhouse page. This is simply to avoid confusion or make it look like there’s two of the same design floating around.
I adhere myself to an art schedule so that I don't overstress or burn myself out. You can expect progress pictures and replies to your messages about commissions during my "active days." However, during my "rest days," it is highly unlikely for me to make commission progress, reply to any inquiries, or check my "work messages." Please understand that this is for my mental health and to maintain a healthy balance in my life, as art is not my main job.
I'll try my best to be absolutely transparent as soon as possible if emergencies come up that temporarily prevent me from completing your commission.
